We help coordinate logo printing and packaging alongside sourcing, with feasibility and charges confirmed before approval.
Prepare artwork suppliers can work with
Provide a vector artwork file when available, plus a reference image of the intended result. State the logo dimensions, placement, number of colors and color references. If the design needs preparation or revision, the scope and any additional costs should be confirmed rather than assumed to be included.
Use samples to align expectations
An artwork proof checks layout; a physical sample helps show material, print appearance and finishing. Ask which approval steps are included and whether a custom sample is needed before the full order. We coordinate supplier communication and sample arrangements so you can approve key details before production.
Packaging is part of the buying brief
Share box or bag dimensions, material preferences, printed information, inserts, labels and packing requirements. We can coordinate packaging suppliers and product suppliers as needed. Product-specific labeling and destination-market requirements should be confirmed early, along with any testing or documentation you require.
How our fixed 10% markup works
Our goods sourcing quotation uses the agreed goods cost plus a fixed 10% markup. For $10,000 in goods sourcing cost, the markup is $1,000, bringing goods plus sourcing service to $11,000. Freight and other agreed third-party costs are separate. The cost basis, service scope and payment terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Yes. Share the product type, intended use, quantities, artwork and delivery market. We can discuss supplier sourcing and customization feasibility for the project.
