From supplier search to order follow-up
Start with a reference image or link, the intended use, required quantity, target cost and destination. We use that brief to look for suitable Chinese suppliers, coordinate quotations and discuss differences in materials, packaging, minimum quantities and production lead times. You approve the product and commercial details before the order moves forward.
Supplier payments without the extra back-and-forth
We help coordinate supplier payment requirements and order follow-up within your agreed arrangement. The quotation should state the payment currency, schedule, recipient and any applicable transaction costs. Payment methods and timing are confirmed for each order; we do not promise a universal payment method for every supplier.
Your brand and your delivery plan
Need logo printing or custom packaging? We coordinate the requirements and sample process before production. Sea and air freight options, including available DDP door delivery, can be arranged separately. Route availability, customs responsibilities, applicable duties and final delivery inclusions are confirmed in the logistics quotation.
How our fixed 10% markup works
Our goods sourcing quotation uses the agreed goods cost plus a fixed 10% markup. For $10,000 in goods sourcing cost, the markup is $1,000, bringing goods plus sourcing service to $11,000. Freight and other agreed third-party costs are separate. The cost basis, service scope and payment terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Supplier charges for customization, packaging, samples or tooling are identified in the quotation. A 10% markup on cost is not a promise that all delivery costs are included.

Is a quotation the same as a guaranteed landed cost?
No. The goods quotation and logistics quotation identify their own inclusions. Ask us to confirm the complete delivery scope and any separately payable costs before approval.
